What do you get with each visit?
Fresh food and water for your pets. Cleaning litter boxes and deposing of waste. Giving your pets the love and attention they need. Taking your pets out to potty or walks. Giving medications if needed. Watering plants and bring in mail. Cleaning up and any messes your pet might make. Please leave cleaning supplies in an open area where they can easily be found.
What is your fee for consults?
There is no cost for consults if you are scheduling at the same time. If no services are scheduled at the time of consult there is a 20.00 charge.
Is there an additional fee for holidays?
NO additional fees are applied to visits scheduled 10 days before a holiday. Any last minute visits are subject to a 2.00 upcharge per visit.
What happens if my pet should need food or bedding while I am away?
We will contact you first. If we need to make a trip to pick up supplies there is a 10.00 service fee applied for each trip.
Will I receive a refund if I leave later or return early from my scheduled visits?
No there is no refund. Please understand, we have set this time aside for you and your pets and have turned away others for this time.
Cancellation Policy:
Holiday cancellations need to canceled 14 days before the first visit and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Vacation cancellations need to be canceled 7 days before the first visit and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Once services start there is no refund. Please understand this time was set aside for you and your pets. We have turns others away to provide you and you pets the best care.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of service check or cash please.
